Junior Monitoring Consultant

Responsibilities
  • Assist in implementation projects.
  • Support in the creation of scripts and configuration of components to enable integrations of the different solutions with external technologies.
  • Assist in the creation of dashboards and reports.
  • Assist in the continuous service support of the solutions.
  • Analysis of data collected by the solutions and their results. Interpretation of apparent trends or problems, data graphs.

Requirements
  • Recent graduates.
  • Training in computer engineering or similar.
  • Basic programming knowledge (python, javascript, java).
  • Basic knowledge in the use of API REST interfaces.
  • Knowledge of systems would be an asset: OS, bbdd, Middleware, cloud.
  • Knowledge of Appdynamics, Dynatrace or other monitoring tools would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of languages: English, French, German would be an asset.




    Monitoring Consultant

    Responsibilities
    • Implementation projects: installation and orchestration of observability solution components.
    • Creation of scripts and configuration of components to enable integration of the various solutions with external technologies (e.g. LDAP, ServiceNow, Remedy, ServiceManager, Jira, AD, etc.).
    • Elaboration of dashboards and reports.
    • Continuous service support of the solutions. Component updates, opening of support cases and analysis of incidents with the product in general, etc.
    • Understanding customer needs, use cases and specific requests.
    • Analysis of data collected by the solutions and their results. Interpretation of apparent trends or problems graphical data.
     
    Requirements
    • 3+ years in companies in the IT sector in the area of Observability/Cloud…
    • Training in computer engineering or similar.
    • Advanced programming skills (python, javascript, java).
    • Advanced knowledge in the use of REST API interfaces.

      • Presentation/evangelisation of the Observability and Cloud solutions portfolio.
      • Identify business opportunities in new clients.
      • Develop new business with existing customers and/or identify areas for improvement.
      • Build “service packages” to increase the chances of winning projects and then capitalise on them.
      • Define the solution to opportunities with the Services Manager.
      • Create the technical proposal in collaboration with specialist consultants.
      • Identify key certifications in the market.

      Requirements
      • 3+ years of Pre-Sales in companies in the IT sector in the Observability/Cloud area.
      • Technical knowledge in IT (Infrastructure, systems, datacenters, Cloud).
      • Results driven.
      • Great capacity for analysis and understanding of complex business problems of our clients as well as the application of technical solutions to them.
      • Ability to identify and solve problems and weaknesses.
      • Proactive and self-motivated to lead and support Observability and Cloud opportunities.

        • Act as a point of contact for customers.

        • 5+ years as Account Manager in companies in the IT sector, selling projects and value-added services.
        • Technical knowledge in IT (Infrastructure, systems, datacenters, Cloud).
        • Results driven.
        • Ability to plan and manage both at strategic and operational level.
        • Proactivity and empathy.
        • Proven experience as Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Key Account Manager or similar role.
        • Ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of an organisation.
        • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
        • Strongh verbal and written communication skills.
        • Experience working with Salesforce and MS Office.
        • Knowledge of APM and SAM software tools is desirable.
